November 14-16, 2018, in Istanbul (Turkey), the International Association "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route" took part in the "Logitrans International Transport Logistics Exhibition 2018" (Logitrans 2018)
This exhibition is an important platform that brings together potential partners of the logistics industry and contributes to the expansion of geography of international freight. According to the organizers, about 136 companies from 20 countries took part in the exhibition.
At the joint stand of Middle Corridor for the first time together with the International Association "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route" were presented Georgian Railway JSC, Port Kuryk LLP and KTZ Express JSC. In this place negotiations and business meetings with representatives of Turkish and international companies took place , as well as the contracts were concluded with trade and transport companies.
As a part of the business program of the Logitrans 2018, the conference "Belt Road Initiative – Changes and Challenges for Turkey and the Eurasian Region" was organized and held by the International Association TITR. At the conference as speakers acted Leila Batyrbekova, Deputy Secretary General, International Association TITR, Gaukhar Tapelova, Acting Director of International Department, KTZ Express JSC, Elchin Ahmadov, Deputy Director, ADY Express CJSC, Ketevan Khundadze, Head of Business Development and International Relations, Georgian Railway JSC, who introduced to the participants of the conference the current infrastructure environment as well as the plans for the further development of the TITR (Middle Corridor), including creating of the most favorable conditions for clients.
On top of that on November 13-14, 2018, the business meetings between TITR members and partners with Ahmet Musul, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ekol logistics were organized by the International Association TITR. Participants of the meetings were Abay Turikpenbaev, President of Aktau Sea Commercial Port NC JSC, Myrzabek Saktaganov, General Director of Port Kuryk LLP, Zhaslan Khamzin, CEO of KTZE – Khorgos Gateway LLP, Yevgeny Plakhotin, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of Eastcomtrans LLP, Martin Voetmann, Commerce Manager of Aktau Sea Commercial Port NC JSC and others. As a part of the meetings technical visits to Ekol logistics company facilities were organized, where the infrastructure of Ekol logistics was presented in details.
