On 11 October 2024, in Astana, Kazakhstan, the Secretary General of the International Association ‘Trans-Caspian International Transport Route’ Gaidar Abdikerimov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan Aghalar Atamoglanov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

Gaidar Abdikerimov, for his part, emphasized that thanks to the joint development of the TITR, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have the opportunity to enter new markets, which contributes to diversification of the economy, stimulates economic growth, and opens up new opportunities for business and investment.
