September 18-20, 2019, in Almaty (Kazakhstan), was held the international exhibition of transport and logistics services and technologies "Transport and Logistics" – TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019, where the International Association “Trans-Caspian International Transport Route” was presented with its stand.
As part of this event, the II International Conference "Transport and Logistics Market" was held and co-organized by the International Association "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route". The business program of the conference included various sessions, one of which was "TITR – Logistic Bridge over the Caspian Sea". This session was devoted to Middle Corridor, the development and growth prospects of cargo turnover between the Caspian and Black Seas, where TITR is the main connecting link of international trade between Central Asia and East-Central Europe countries.
The speakers at this session were Saut Shynybaev, Deputy Secretary General of the TITR Association, Serik Akhmetov, General Director of Port Quryq LLP, Martin Voetmann, Core Management Team Commercial of NC Aktau Sea Commercial Port JSC, Aidar Orzhanov, Deputy General Director Commercial Affairs, NMSC Kazmortransflot LLP, Ablaykhan Esirkep, Director of the Multimodal Transportation Sales Department of KTZE Express JSC, Olga Sanina, Head of the Freight Monitoring and Commerce Department, Ukrzaliznytsia JSC (Ukraine), Bogdan Stegarescu, Senior Business Development Consultant Grampet Group (Romania), Kanat Kobesov, General Director of Nurly Zhol Trade LLP, who introduced the participants with the infrastructure and current activities of the companies they represent, as well as the urgent tasks as a part of Middle Corridor usage.
On the third day of the exhibition, September 20, 2019, held a round table "Bilateral meeting of Kazakhstan and Chinese forwarders to discuss measures for increasing transit through the border of Kazakhstan and Сhina" in which representatives of China Communications and Transportation Association, NC Kazakhstan Railways JSC, TITR Association, Association of transport and logistics companies “KAZLOGISTICS” and many others took part.
In addition, a series of business meetings at the stand of the TITR Association were held with the representatives of the companies from China, Turkey, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, Estonia, etc.
TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2019 is the largest exhibition of transport and logistics services and technologies in Central Asia, demonstrating a full range of industry solutions: from freight forwarding support to software and equipment for storage and handling of goods. This year, 96 companies from 12 countries participated in the exhibition and 60.4% of them were from abroad companies.
