On December 5, 2024, the Second Global Partnership Conference of the China-Europe Railway Express (Chengdu-Chongqing), titled "Connectivity and Open Exchange," took place in Chongqing (China). The event was attended by Saut Shynybayev, Deputy Secretary General of the International Association "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route".

The event gathered hundreds of participants, including representatives from Chinese ministries and commissions, international transport organizations, industrial parks, embassies and consulates, as well as leading global logistics companies and renowned experts. The main objective of the conference was to discuss ways to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of the China-Europe Railway Express.

As part of the conference, a Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation was signed between the International Association "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route" and Chinese logistics platforms Chengdu International Railway Port Investment & Development (Group) Co., Ltd. and Yuxinou (Chongqing) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.

This agreement aims to actively promote and comprehensively develop the TITR route, leveraging the key role of the China-Europe Railway Corridor (Chengdu-Chongqing) and the strategic advantages of Central Asia and the South Caucasus as a transport hub. The agreement includes joint coordination to attract transit and foreign trade cargoes from China to Europe and vice versa, improve transport efficiency, and create favorable conditions for container shipments along the TITR route from China to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, and European countries.
