
On April 29, 2025, a business meeting was held at the office of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) Association in Astana with a delegation from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the French agency Expertise France.
During the meeting, representatives discussed the European Union’s initiative aimed at supporting the development of transport and logistics connectivity in Central Asian countries. The discussion focused on improving regulatory frameworks, simplifying trade procedures, developing a sustainable transport system, promoting public-private partnerships, and integrating gender considerations into transport policy.
The TITR Association expressed its interest in strengthening cooperation and emphasized the importance of international partnerships for the effective operation and sustainable growth of the Trans-Caspian route.
