On 21 May 2025 in Xi'an, China, within the 9th International Exhibition ‘Silk Road’ a forum of global partners of the railway express train ‘China - Europe’ was held.

The forum was organised by the People's Government of Xi'an, Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce. The co-organiser of the forum was Xi'an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Co., Ltd.

The forum was attended by representatives of the international Association ‘Trans-Caspian International Transport Route’ and its members: Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, TCDD Transportation JSC, NC Aktau International Commercial Sea Port JSC, Lianyungang Port Holding Group, Grampet Group, Port Kuryk LLP, Baku Govsan International Commercial Sea Port JSC, Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Diş Tıcaret A. Ş., Eastcomtrans LLP.

Governor of Shaanxi Province Zhao Gang, Managing Director for Production Processes of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC Bauyrzhan Urynbasarov and Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Arif Agayev made welcoming speeches at the opening ceremony of the forum.

Deputy Secretary General of the TITR Association Saut Shynybayev acted as a speaker at the forum and provided information on the activities of the Association and outlined the key directions of the route development.
