15 th International Capacity-Building Seminar on Trade and Transport Facilitation is being held in Aktau, Kazakhstan on June 11-12, 2024.

This event is organized in collaboration between the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, the International Association «Trans-Caspian International Transport Route» (TMTM), and other partners, including the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission of the Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Central Asia (PS IGC TRACECA) and the Ukrvneshtrans association.

Issues of trade facilitation and digital transformation of multimodal data along the Trans-Caspian route, as well as the implementation of the SPECA road map and the application of UN legal instruments and standards became the main topic of the seminar.

The General Secretary of the TITR Association, Gaidar Abdikerimov introduced the activities of the TITR Association, as well as the work carried out as part of the digitalization of Middle Corridor.
