A block train from Xi'an (China) to Baku (Azerbaijan) along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), in transit through Kazakhstan, covered the distance from the point of departure to the destination in 11 days.
The first block train in 2024 consists of 55 forty-foot containers with various consumer goods, electric vehicles, construction materials, pipes of various sizes and other products.
Currently, another block train is planned to launch from Xi'an to Baku.
